How to change the the owner name which is coming from the portal in crm view.
When we open the records, the changing owner name shows correct.

When I first tried to change the owner of a newly created case, the system told me that the contact I was assigned did not have read privileges, so I gave him system administrator privileges, and everything worked fine.
Then I created a case from the portal to change the owner in the customer service hub application and the situation you described still did not happen.
