when i change the system owner name of a case created through portal ms crm changing owner but not getting in view

How to change the the owner name which is coming from the portal in crm view.

When we open the records, the changing owner name shows correct.

    Hi Parushuram,

    When I first tried to change the owner of a newly created case, the system told me that the contact I was assigned did not have read privileges, so I gave him system administrator privileges, and everything worked fine.

    Then I created a case from the portal to change the owner in the customer service hub application and the situation you described still did not happen.

    Perhaps you can try changing the owner to a more privileged user, or refer to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_l_AXBJjxo
