Web Client login not working

I have installed web client and web client runtime successfully.  Created local website using IIS and certificate.  I am able to get into login screen where I entered my windows id and password after giving the same its showing me all the existing session with date on it

I tried to select any from the list or tried to create new session, either way its say re-connecting to the session and goes to install silver light.  I have installed this few times still no luck.  Anyone experienced this, please let me know how did you resolve the same.

    Hi Mahmoud,

    Thanks for your reply.  Yes there were lot of session opened but the issue were not that, on IE on Menu-Tools-ActiveX filtering was ticked once I removed the tick its works perfect.

    Hi Santosh,

    Thanks for your reply.  Yes I do have the latest version of web client and installed the same on 3 other machine which works fine.  My own one doesn't work and only difference I can find so far is on IE Add-ons  Microsoft Silverlight is showing under Curently loaded add-ons for other users and for myself its not listed on that and its listed only when i select show All add-ons so not sure how to bring the Silverlight to Currently loaded add-ons which might causing the issue.

    Hi,

    Can you check the latest SP install/updated for web client. If you are running GP2013 R2 then web client version should be 1.0.557

     

    RTM Version 1.0.281
    Service Pack 1 KB 2800674 1.0.387
    Service Pack 2 KB 2864516 1.0.516
    Hotfix KB 2899765 1.0.557

    Since you have tried all try to install latest patches and verify. Also check what is event viewer is showing the error.
