Hi Guys,
Can you help regarding the error in upgrading GP8 to GP20(Version11). This is the process I made. From GP8, I upgrade it to GP9SP2 the migrate the SQL2000 to SQL2005 then when I upgrade to 2005 I upgrade the GP9SP to GP10SP3 the I upgrade then after GP10SP3 I migrate the SQL2005 to SQL2008 R2.Then after migrating SQL2008 I try to upgrade GP10SP3 to GP2010SP1. When running the utilities there's an error regarding product version. When I check the duinstall.log This is the error
Failure encountered ON 9/1/2011 at 3:18:59 PM. Error: Product 0 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.1193.
Failure encountered ON 9/1/2011 at 3:18:59 PM. Error: Product 949 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.1161.
Failure encountered ON 9/1/2011 at 3:18:59 PM. Error: Product 2277 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.1163.
Failure encountered ON 9/1/2011 at 3:18:59 PM. Error: Product 2992 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.1061.
Failure encountered ON 9/1/2011 at 3:18:59 PM. Error: Product 3278 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.1061.
Failure encountered ON 9/1/2011 at 3:18:59 PM. Error: Product 5597 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.1116.

Hi Rai,
It looks like you are not on a supported upgrade path. There is no supported upgrade path from 10.00.1193 to any build of GP 2010. I would recommend you look at the supported upgrade paths in the link below.
