Not possible to set 'working days' for sales lead time calculation

I am unable to set 'Working days' for sales lead time in any of the three probable settings:

1. Default order settings in released products

2. Trade agreement for sales prices

3. Item coverage > Lead time

If there is a lead time of 2 days for an item, and order is created on Friday, it is still showing ship date on monday even though the warehouse is marked as closed on saturday and sunday.

My requirement is to ship after 2 working days i.e tuesday.

Any help? Thanks!

    Hi DR,

    The sales lead time is the time that is spent between creating the sales order and shipping the items to the Customer.

    You can try below settings.

     First, set up 2 days lead time for specific item.

    Then, select ‘Sales lead time’ for ‘Delivery date control’ in Accounts receivable > Setup > Accounts receivable parameters -- shipment.

    Finally, assign transport calendar in Sales and marketing > Setup > Distribution > Modes of delivery. If no transport calendar is assigned, it is assumed that all days are open for transport.

    Hello Dear DR,

    We solved this case by changing two of the parameters:

    1. Shipping calender on related legal entity.

    2. On account receivable parameters in shipping tab please click the working days checkbox to Yes.

    These two parameter solve that situation. System starts to calculate shipping dates with specified calender on Legal entity.
