Sales Pro Forma Confirmation journal not displaying Delivery terms

Dear Experts,

One of my users this morning experienced odd situation, where Delivery terms are no longer displaying on Pro Forma confirmation journal, however for any other users Delivery terms are displayed. 
Any suggestions what could possibly cause Delivery terms not to be displayed for 1 specific user on sales Pro Forma confirmation journal?

    Hi Crispin,

    Thank you for your reply, however I`ve tried to reset user data and refresh server cache - it didn't help.

    When the user saves the Pro Forma confirm. journal as pdf. or word file , delivery terms are there, as well as when logged onto other machine - it works fine.

    By re-evaluating the margins, overlapping controls and so on, you mean by editing actual report?

    Hi Crispin,

    I`ve adjusted the report and its margins, however it didn't help. Delivery terms are still not displaying on the Pro Forma confirmation report.

    I used dummy role with exact same security roles on user machine, and the report displays all necessary fields.

    We will try to re-install AX client on that machine and hopefully it will resolve the issue.

    EDIT: When we switch to "Print Preview" menu, delivery terms are displayed on the report.
