Purchase Requisition recalled cannot be re-submitted (can only be deleted)

Hi,

Could you please confirm the above statement? When a purchase requisition is recalled due to any reason, I am not able to re-submit it, I can only delete it. Is there no functionality to re-submit recalled Purchase requisitions? The only option I see is to delete it which is ridiculous from an application perspective. Please advise.

    Hy Satyendra,

    as I just tested this and it looks like it works as I expected. I recalled the PR and the PR is in "Draft" again after Workflow has run again to refresh the status and I could submit it again.

    It is also very easy to create a copy of any PR. Just use the "copy" button inside the PR. This creates a complete copy of the PR and is now in status "Draft".

    The "Copy" button in PR works in another way as we are used to use inside PO and SO. It does not ask to select the source.

    It copies the current PO and creates a new one.

    Hi Satyendra Singh,

    I have checked in D365 Finance and it is working fine as Andreas said.

    What I see is, you may have to wait for a while as the workflow status will take sometime to change from 'In review' to 'Draft'.

    If you have tried updating the approval status by clicking on 'Refresh' on the top right corner option in system and if it does not update the approval status, then simply refresh the system URL and then check. Status will become "draft" again.

    Is there any customization which may resulting to this? If not, I will suggest to raise a ticket to Microsoft also.
