Hello everyone!

I was trying to add the "Lot No." from Item Ledger Entries in the Value Entries analysis mode. However, when I insert the column an error occurs.
Follow the steps I made:

I've already filtered to ensure that won't exceed the row limit.

Anyone can help me?
I have the same question (0)

There seems to be a limit of 100,000 records for the current analysis views: Analyse list page and query data using data analysis - Business Central | Microsoft Learn

Im not sure if thats changed with recent updates but you may be hitting a record limit in which case you need to add filters to get under that record limit.

I did a quick test, and it works fine.
Could you add some filters to reduce the number of entries? And then try again?

    Hello,
This looks like an Analysis Mode related-fields limitation/performance issue, not something wrong in your steps. The feature does allow adding fields from related tables, but in this case Value Entry → Item Ledger Entry can be heavy because BC must join the Value Entry rows to Item Ledger Entries and then load the related Lot No.; even with a visible filter, the analysis engine may still interrupt the load if the joined dataset is too expensive. I would try filtering harder before adding the column, for example by Item No. + Posting Date + Document No., or start from Item Ledger Entries instead and add Value Entry-related amounts only if needed. For a stable report, I would not rely on Analysis Mode here; better use a query/report/API page or Power BI dataset joining Value Entry with Item Ledger Entry on Item Ledger Entry No. = Entry No..
