Unified Service Desk integration with Genesys PureConnect

Hi, 

I have successfully configured USD locally and using simulator, able to open contact form by passing phone number. We are using Genesys PureConnect for the telephony system, i need to understand how to pass telephone number from telephony system to USD. I have written a Service which could be called by the telephony system and this service creates a "Phone activity" and also place voice recording at the end of the call.

Please help to explain how can i pass phone number to USD from the external WebService/Telephony system or if i am missing anything here please raise it in reply.
