NAV 2015 Online Help-Search finding deleted files

I have deleted a bunch of custom files from my DynamicsNAV80Help server, but, a week later, the files are still showing up in the Search results. When I click one of the links, I understandably receive a "File not found" error.  What can I do so that the Search is no longer finding these deleted files.

    I think that you must edit the "ToC.xml" located at "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\DynamicsNAV80Help\help\en" and remove the entry to your custom content.
