Subscription Billing was introduced with version 10.0.25 somewhere in 2022.
There are 3 visuals available :
Analytics - MRR
Analytics - WaterFall
Analytics - Declining Balance
All required Entity Stores processes are up and running (including the 3 subprocessed that relate to Subscription Billing, but the PowerBI visuals show no data.
If we check the underlying entities , then no data is avaliable:
MRRBI_Detail_DataEntity
MRRBI_DetailBillingScheduleLine_DataEntity
SubBillDecliningBalance_Entity
THere is plenty of data available in the module, anyone any experience with getting data available in the visuals?
As mentioned in my post these subprocesses and the full reset batch job are all succesfully up and running. The associated data entities do not produce any data, hence empty reports
Hi blom0344,
Before you can view data on the analytical reports, you must run a periodic process that generates the reporting data for each report. This data that the reports require must be generated because it isn't stored directly in the database. After the batch job has finished running, go to System administration > Setup > Entity Store, and refresh the MRR report aggregate measurement. Please refer to the link about how to access the Power BI reports.
