Hi,
A client requires approval process for when a customer and vendor is created. They require an approval for when certain fields in the customer or vendor card is changed.
The approval process is as follows:
A user changes a field on the vendor or customer card, the approval request is sent to 2 approvers, one of the two approvers needs to approve the request and then another request is sent to 3 final approvers where also only one approver is required to approve the request and that is the final approval.
I have created a workflow user group for this as seen below
The standard workflow conditions and events require modification in order to cater for this. I’ve been through a few changes, the issue we having is that workflow requires both approvers in sequence 1 to approve and it doesn’t go to the 2nd sequence.
Please help?
It also depends on how you have a workflow setup, if you have only two users in the workflow group with sequence 1 does it still requires two approvals, if so then your workflow is not set up properly.
