How to know from which workflow email is generated

Users are getting workflow email with blank subject and body. Only it is written as this is auto-generated email.

When we check it from email history then it is showing blank subject and no further detail. Can we get origin of email or how to found from which workflow it is generated. Because it is very difficult to open each workflow and check.

Hi,

I don't think if there is way to tell the workflow name by looking at email record.

As told earlier, you can only tell if Email is created from workflow.

Thanks for your reply. But we would like to know from which workflow email is generated or if we can know is it generated from PR, MR, AP or other workflow at least.

Hi,

In Email entity we have one attribute Is Workflow created which tells if your email is created from the workflow.

You can check this in advanced find.

I don't know if there is way to know the workflow name which generated an email
