Based on the version number information you provided, I see that this is an F&O related issue.
According to the official documentation I checked, F&O does not provide an OOTB method to add bank details.

As far as I know, the default invoice does not have a bank details field, only a bank account field:
You can also add custom fields in the Form Designer and associate them with custom entities.
