Create a new company

I'm trying to create a new company and I got this error in live and sandbox.
The new button is not active to create it.

How can I add the permission set for that to just doing troubleshooting

    And to create a new company, you must be assigned to the Super permission set.

    in my opinion you don't have a correct Business Central license or you don't have the right permissions to your user.

    first of all, only designated users should be granted the permission to create new companies. please make sure if what you are trying to achieve complies with company policy.
    then you need to check the following
    if your BC license allows you to create a new company. go to users, on your user card, check the license type. you won't be able to create company with BC licenses such as member license.
    also check your permission sets on the user card, ensure you have been granted sufficient permission. If you are already a super, make sure the company is blank next to your super mission set so BC won't restrict you only to one company.

    Hi, based for the error messages, please check is that you have a BC license and you have the right permissions assigned to create companies.
    you need to ensure that you do not have expired non-evaluation (production) companies in your environment.

    Can you go to the user card and review it?
