Does Service Orders have the Document Attachment FactBox and Links to attach files directly on the order?

    Hi, Yes, this is a new feature in Business Central 2024 wave 1 (BC24).
    Business Central 2024 wave 1 (BC24): Manage document attachments in service items and documents (Attachments FactBox on more pages)

    Yun Zhu is correct, attachments should be available starting with version 24 in Business Central. If you're still on v23, you will not see the attachment factboxes. More info - Manage document attachments in service items and documents | Microsoft Learn

    Yes, with latest version (BC24) Factbox and Links are available in-Service Order.
