
Hi CRM Folks,
I cannot find anything regarding the issue we are seeing so hoping someone might have some insight. I am also in the process of entering a case with MS.
What we are seeing
If we have an ipad that been upgraded to ios version 12.4 and the latest version of the CRM app, the CRM ipad app starts to load and then crashes. If you upgraded your ipad and had information stored regarding the CRM url and your login, the ipad loads with no issue. It seems that something changed with regards to being able to save the URL or credentials.
I cannot find any information about this as I don't think many customers are running version 8.2 on premise.
