when copy file from one folder to other and then Deleteing file from folder 1 giving Error

Can anyone help please

FILE.COPY('D:\INTERFACE FILES\UAT\CLIENTS\PRIMARY\'+RecErrorLog."File Name"+'.txt','D:\INTERFACE FILES\UAT\CLIENTS\ERROR\'+RecErrorLog."File Name"+'.txt');//working
FILE.ERASE('D:\INTERFACE FILES\UAT\CLIENTS\PRIMARY\'+RecErrorLog."File Name"+'.txt'); //not working giving Above error

Please check the permission on the folder and make sure the service user or give permissions to everyone.
