I need to hang the trigger on create Postcomment.
In workflow i didnot find Postcommen entity

Based on metadata of this entity it can't trigger workflow.
What you can do is to handle event of comment creation with plugins.

It's not possible to create workflow for PostComment entity. However, you still can write a plugin to catch the Create event on the PostComment entity.
