Hi -

I am looking to have a custom grid like this in CRM 2013.

What is the best way to implement this and store that row as a record once the check box is selected.

You could create an HTML web resource to achieve the same similar to the one created in ASP.NET below.

I'm afraid that you will have to develop Html/js webresource for your purpose.
