Changes into appointment dates are not getting saved to crm from outlook

Posted on by

Hello All Experts,

I am creating one appointment record from outlook and tracking it, after sometime it gets synced into the CRM.

Now the same appointment is modified for it's starting and end time and saved locally, but this change does not get reflected to the CRM.

I am on CRM on premise, i have outlook client.

What could be the reason that my update in appointment is not getting updated into the CRM.

    Hi,

    Please check the Synchronization Method in your Email Setting and mailbox setting. You can find the setting as the screenshot shows:

    1. Navigate to the Administration->System settings->Email

    Hi,

    Thank you for your query.

    Did you verify sync settings for Appointments? Please make sure two-way sync is enabled for Appointment time:
