In addition to Tools > Resource Descriptions > Tables mentioned earlier, I have an Excel based table reference for GP available as a free download at:

The Support Debugging Tool has a nice table reference as well. It's available for free via your partner. Details at:

All of these include the exact physical name of tables in SQL as well the related dexterity names.

While in GP Tools->Resource Decriptions->Tables and the choose the series. There is a print button. You can also load the PSTL if you want.
