Using excel add-in to import GJ - last line not imported

I am using the excel add-in tool to import  General journal lines into AX.  Each time I have published my records, the last row in the excel file is left out of the import, causing the journal not to balance. I have tried the import with several different rows as the last to see if it makes a difference, but it does not. No error or exception is listed on the Dynamics Status tab of the workbook after the journal has imported, so I have no indication what is causing this to happen.  Have others seen this issue?

    Hi Candice,

    Which version of AX2012 are you using? I have seen some records being skipped in the past. I thought it could be due to copy the lines from another sheet and paste it. I don't remember the issue as it was 1.5 years ago.

    Can you tell the detail steps you have taken for creating, filling and oploading the sheet?

    This may happen if the format of last is not appropriate then system basically rejects the line and assumes that its end of file.

    What i suggest in this case that, format the last row of the sheet same as other row which are getting imported with out any issue.

    To format the row use the Format Painter tool of excel
