Add specific users to Access Team via Workflow

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a way to add specific users to an Access Team via a workflow.

In my environment, we have a custom entity called Work.  Each Work record uses a Work Template (another related custom entity).  If a Work Site is created with a specific Work Template, then I'd like to add some specific Users to the related Access Team

I am hoping that someone may be able to point me in the direction of an exisiting custom workflow activity to achieve this

    Hi Ryan,

    if it's a system access team(not a "manual" access team) you might try adding PerformAction step to the worfklow - there is AddUserToRecordTeam action there.. (at least in the 365 version.. v8.2 to be specific:) )
