I'm looking into options to integrate a customer's online CRM with their internal phone system, which provided by Avaya.  

Has anyone got recommendations for software they have used successfully?

    As the first port of call I'd recommend QGate's intelli-CTi.

    Hi Harjit, you may want to take a look at Tenfold for this. The CTI is a Chrome extension and works well with MS Dynamics and Avaya. www.tenfold.com/.../avaya
