HTML web status does not display information after windows 7 update

I am running Dynamics RMS 2.0 and just upgraded from Windows xp to 7. Everything is working ok except the html web status that shows our membership data does not display at the top. The file path is correct. What am I missing?

Can someone send me the info, please. My custom status.htm looks awful since moving to windows 10 and RMS version 2.0.2022.

Yes, it is checked. And it displays the image, a grid, but does not populate the data.

In SO POS, do Ctrl-F6 (Screen), is the "Display status bar on top" option checked?
