Expense claims and associated error message

Hi

a user is trying to create an expense and when they try and add expenses to it it gets the error "The state of the source document or source document line could not be updated".

Has anyone seen this error before?

    Hi,

    This can be caused for account structure validation.

    If not, you can go to accounting distribution and reset, if still this is the issue, I would recommend to see a developer for debugging.
