I was wondering if anyone knew of a simple way of integrating a Grandstream GXP2160 with Dynamics 365. I do not wish to purchase or subscribe to a plan, and all I would like to do is click on a phone number in a Leads or Contacs entry, and have it dial from my office phone.

I have the same question (0)Not sure if this is possible without subscribing to a 3rd party tool but you may want to take a look at Tenfold as they have a CTI connector tool that's compatible with both MS Dynamics and Grandstream: www.tenfold.com/integrations
From my experience, it took their team less than 10 minutes to set up MS Dynamics with Avaya.
