Hi,
we are using GP2016 R2 and Connect Incoming Service for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016. we pushed Sales order XML message in incoming queue through biztalk or some .net application
Microsoft Dynamics GP2016 R2 econnect unable to process message from incoming queue until unless restart the eConnect Incoming Service. On restarting service first message from queue read and processed successfully. But next message onward unable to read/process, until we restart econnect incoming queue service again.
Urgently please help..
If you don't currently already have it, try downloading and installing the eConnect hot fix – KB4052501.
This patch mentions the following:
"eConnect - You may experience when you setup the incoming Queue, nothing will be integrated in Microsoft Dynamics GP"
I recently saw another customer who would have eConnect processes hang in the Incoming Service until they restarted the service seem to resolve that issue by applying this patch.
