I got several fields on CRM 2011, that 90% of the time will contain space followed by either one or even multiple spaces.
When I try to mail merge fields into a word document, they are picked up and mail merged, however - every time, when there are multiple spaces, they get removed and only one space is shown.
E.g. On CRM, field's value is ADZ665(three spaces)87SS, when mail merged, additional spaces are subtracted and final value shown is ADZ665(one space)87SS.
One thing I noticed is that XML data pulled from the CRM, is showing values correctly, however when mail merge macro is applied, spaces get subtracted.
I want Word to display values the way they were entered on CRM and do not subtract any additional spaces.
My issue is similar to Multiple Spaces Between Words in HTML without however, in this case, word is handling the spacing.
