Error when creating a work template

I'm trying to create work templates but when I select edit query I get 3 critical stop errors:-

Bad container

Unable to create queryRun

Object 'QueryRun' could not be created

I've been following the Microsoft lab paperwork to setup these templates

Has anyone got a solution to this?

Hi Harold,

Possibly this is caused by a not fully compiled environment or corrupted usage data.

You can first try to reset the usage data and delete *.auc files from the client machine ({user}\appdata folder)

Otherwise perform a full compile of AX (x++ and CIL).

Hi Andre,

I'm facing similar issue while selecting Warehouse Mgmt -->Setup-->Mobile device-->Mobile device menu items.

while clicking on the "Edit Query" option for any record, the below error is thrown.,

Object 'Query' could not be created

Object 'QueryRun' could not be created

Any idea?

Once i change the "Activity Code" value for that particular record to Log Off and change it back to the original value, the issue was gone.

Don't know whether its correct, but it worked for me.

Tyler,

In Warehouse Mgmt -->Setup-->Mobile device-->Mobile device menu items-->Select a record-->General Fast tab section-->Activity code field.

I changed the value to Log off and save the record, again change it back it to the value as required. The error was solved.

Had any one got a solution for this. I'm trying to export and import work templates from one environment to another and getting this issue
