Hello everyone,
I have noticed, that there has been some recent developments on in store cash handling using the D365 POS application.
The info I found here sounds pretty promising: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/cash-mgmt
I read through the description and setup my test system accordingly.
But I am not able to declare the start amount of the safe, I cannot select the safe when doing a bank drop and I am not able to see the expected safe balance on any receipts.
Is there a new POS operation needed? Do I have to modify the receipt formats manually?
If anyone of the experts knows how to use this new functionality, any help is being appreciated! Thanks!!
