Hi,
I made a custom report and run in visual studio. The report is generated perfectly.
The same report when I tied to a output menu item and attached as a action button to a form is generating a wrong report.
The parameters are same. What could be the possible reason for this?
I cleared the caches too in Tools drop down.

Would you help to understand what all difference you are facing in both reports. I see few items are not appearing on AX report and Qty req is also 0. Did you tried to debug while running from both AX and VS. also check the code where you insert in tmp table. Mae sure your are clearing buffer everytime before calling initValue() method.
