I am trying to learn to create plugins for Power Apps. But when I try to create a new connection in Plugin Registration Tool with my university email account, the popup shows Unable to load the CRM organization. And there's no way for my student account to get higher permissions from the university's tech support. I would like to understand how to solve this problem.
An idea that comes to my mind is to create a developer tenant. But after I created the Microsoft 365 Developer Program account, I tried to use the obtained Administrator account to create a new connection in the Plugin Registration Tool, and still got an error.
I'm at a loss right now and don't know what to do to be able to create a connection in the Plugin Registration Tool to learn and develop plugins for Power Apps.
