Item can't be scanned or entered manually in Store

Hello,

not sure if this post should be created under Finance or Commerce forum, but will ask here.

We got urgent call from one of our stores that they can't scan or manually enter one of the Items.

The Item has Size and Color dimensions and has 5 different variants.

They say when they scan it or try to manually type, they get the error message that the Color must be selected.

What can be a problem?

What can we check?

Thanks for your question. I moved it to the Commerce forum.

Is this the only item with product dimensions or do you have more items with variants? If yes, is it also an issue for the other items? If it is working for other items, then check possible differences in setup for these products. Is it working correctly for this item in other stores?

Start checking the content of some of the sync files. It's likely [for some reason] that the variant has not been synced to the Channel database.
