Issues Connecting Headquarters Client to Headquarters Server

Good Day All,

I have a local RMS installation on one computer, it has the headquarters client installed and the headquarters server is installed on the domain controller. The headquarter client is saying it is connecting to the headquarters server. However, no data has been transmitted to the headquarters server since April. The Sales report on the local computer is accurate. Is there something I am missing? Why isn't the data being copied? I have attached some screenshots.

Thanks BenV and Craig Harris, I did both, BenV you were right on, it did stop on April 26, so I manually created the 401 Data Upload for April 25 and the data is now uploaded. Thanks guys, I really appreciate the help.

I've seen it where an error happens during a client connection and the automatic 401's stop happening after that. You can look at the log in HQ client or the Event Log in HQ Manager to find out when the last 401 went through and then manually create a 401 like Craig Harris said and backdate it to just before the last successful 401. Then click the Connect button in HQ Client. After that completes the automatic 401's should start happening again.

Manually create a 401 Worksheet in HQ for the "store" in question. Manually connect HQ Client and see if any data processes.
