I was told by Microsoft to apply the latest service pack to MR 2012 RU5(2.1.1037.12). So I applied 2.1.1037.15 by running the setup program. It immediately tells me I need to uninstall the existing verison, which I do. I uninstall the server and client. Upon running setup again, it keeps failing on the GP legacy portion so I do the other porttions separately and try GP legacy separately. It still fails. However, I can run and refresh reports and there appears to be no problem. Do we have an issue with this latest service pack when it comes to GP legacy? How can I succcessfully configure the GP Legacy portion?

We have an open case with Microsoft that this was part of so they will know today what happened. I will let you know what they say.What caused thisa problem when zooming back on B/S accounts. It would list the accounts but all thr balances were zero.

I have run into the same scenario and tried everything and came up with no solution...i just went back to RU 4 for now.
