When I attach invoices to be emailed using collection main, the email comes with no attachment. It works on my machine but not on another user machine.

i'm on GP2016 R2
Hi Larry
Which version of GP 2016 are you using.
I have a client that is using GP 2016 RTM and had spoken to Professional Advantage support about this very issue.
They said that this issue was resolved in the build of Collections Management for GP2016 R2 and would not be fixing the issue for GP2016 RTM.
I just tried to send one from my machine again and now mine doesn't send the attachment, and there are no errors.
we both have the same thing
Larry,
This is not enough information to go by. Can you provide screenshots of what you see on your computer for both entries above, vs what she sees on her computer for the same entries? That would allow me to make some recommendations. Any messages she's getting when she attempt to print -- besides that document not attaching to the email?
I don't have a folder setup here on my computer Sales > Setup > Collection Setup
and we both have the same thing in the dex.ini file for the emailstmtstatuspath key. It works on my machine but not on hers.
There are 2 paths you need to be aware of with Collections Management:
1) The Invoice Folder, which is specified under Sales > Setup > Collection Setup, and
2) The Statement Status path in the Dex.ini file, set via the EmailStmtStatusPath key. You can find the Dex.ini file under the Data subfolder of your GP installation folder on every machine where GP is installed.
Chances are, one or both of them, are pointing to a folder on your machine.
