I am used to report builder i can connect to AX Database directly and create a report with the help of Report Builder 3.

Can any one help me with the tables i need to lookup for data and the relationship.

After checking tables i found below mentioned tables pls help me to link the tables.

PRODTABLE

PRODBOM

INVENTDIM

PRODJOURNALBOM

I need to have the following fields in my report.

SALESID,PRODID,ITEMID,TRANSDATE,INVENTBATCHID,BOMITEMID,

Thank you.

    I have done something similar and would take a look at REQTRANS, REQTRANSCOV and REQTRANSPO, but you will have to recurse through the relations to get through any intervening higher level production, transfer order, quality orders, etc. If you have pegged orders, you could do similar through using INVENTREFID and INVENTREFTYPE following the chain of orders through to the SALESID.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply.

    Something like:

    ProdTable.InventDimID --> InventDim.InventDimID

    ProdTable.ProdID --> ProdBom.ProdID (outer join)

    ProdTable.ProdID --> ProdJournalBom.ProdID (outer join)

    ...but I guess you want the query for this. I would need to be at my computer to do that, but hopefully you'll find the query.

    Why do you want ProdJournalBom in there?

    No routes?

    InventDim has the Batch Number (inventBatchId).
