I have some users that seem to be getting just a dotted blue dot going in a circle when going into a record for Opportunity and Cases. Has anyone experienced this issue? If yes, how do I fix this? It doesn't happen to all users just some and have cleared the cache. It happens in all browsers that was tried.

If you are using any form onload script or plugin, disable them and try
