Unable to partial pick from Full button (Work Split functionality)

Hi,
 
I am unable to partial pick a raw material, where an inventory is available and the checkbox (Allow Split is Turned on) on Mobile Device Menu item.
Please suggest.

    Have you configured already a work exception code with exception type 'Short pick'?
