Hi all,
I'm getting an error when I try to add a user in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement v9.0.3.7 on premise and the error I'm getting is this: "<Message>Assembly Microsoft.Dynamics.Service.Plugins.dll can not be loaded.</Message>"
Has anyone else seen this and have any ideas of how to fix it?
Oh, and the version list below is inaccurate :)

The assembly is a Microsoft one, not something I've created myself.

Try to add the DLL into the following path (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Server\bin\assembly). Check this link for more details: community.dynamics.com/.../fixed-unable-to-load-plug-in-assembly-error-in-dynamics-365
If the assembly is already there, give Read permission on the bin folder.
In addition, you can check the eventviewer or enable the trace to get the details of this error.
