Mismatch on Dashboard [Ongoing Sales - Sales Order quantity]

My dashboard for the Ongoing Sales - Sales Orders is not showing the correct figure and I don't know how to fix it. The other cards on the dashboard are correct, it's just this one. Any ideas to fix?

It reality, we have 71 unposted Sales Orders.
I have the same question (0)

You might check the definition of the Cue

    What is the exact filter?
    - sales header (more general than Type::Order)
    - what about the 'unposted' notion in your question: Unposted is not a status of a Sales Header, what is your exact definition of 'unposted'?

    I appreciate the response.

This is a built-in default filter so I didn't filter anything myself. When I click the card, it takes me to my open sales order queue. (Sales orders that have not been fully posted (defined as being fully shipped and invoiced). The card part says a large number but clicking into it takes me to this list where the numbers don't match.

I have gone to the Cue Setup section to look at Cue ID 24 (Ongoing Sales Orders) but this only seems to allow me to adjust the colors based on quanitites triggers.

Taking a deeper dive, this section of the dashboard, called "Activities" takes data from the Activities Cue table. When I look at the Activities Cue table, there are certain columns that are linked to other tables, but not the "Ongoing Sales Orders" column. It must be a formula set somewhere but that is the problem - I don't know where.

Did you confirm that the list that opened has no filters?  Which role center are you using?

Hi, below is the standard logic for this cue, which is very simple. If the numbers don't match up, I suspect there is customization on your Sales Order List.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

I found the problem, but not sure what caused it. I did have some filtered views that was hiding the unknown Sales Orders. Once I removed the filters, I found 120 blank orders that were generated right around the same day. Must have been some web app glitch for day. Thanks for everyone's help!
