Can you please guide me the process how to cancel a Sales Order when it is released to warehouse and all the work i.e. pick and put are Closed.

Hi Mohammed,
On the Load related to the Sales order, you have options to 'Reverse work' and 'Reduce picked quantity'. Have you tried those? You might have more success if the Shipment is not Confirmed.
If you have a recent version of AX, you might find you can post the packing slip, and then reverse it:

However, you'd need to test if doing these things actually allow you to cancel the order (don't see why it shouldn't, but you never know until you test).
