U cant reverse Cust. Ledger Entry no 18511 bcoz ...

I see a few of the forum, having this issue. I wonder if there is any solution yet.
 
 
 
I have tried to unapplied before reversing, but was giving this error.
 
Appreciate any Input.

    Hi, unfortunately, as far as I know there is no way.
    But you can solve it in other ways. For example, Cust. Ledger Entry, if it is an invoice, please use Credit Memo to cancel that invoice.
    If it is Payment, please use Refund.
