In Dynamics SL, I am not able to remove for an individual user

I am using Dynamics SL 7.0 SP3

Steps I am using:

  1. I select the user to remove the customization for in "Select Customization Level",
  2. I open the customized screen,
  3. I select customize mode,
  4. I select "Remove Changes for Screen" from Custom drop down menu,
  5. Dynamics SL then prompts with System Message 6819, "Do you wish to remove the screen's customizations for the currently selected level?"
  6. I click on the Yes Button.
  7. Dynamics SL then prompts with System Message 6818, "Remove screen changes will not take effect until the next time the screen is loaded."
  8. I cleick on the OK button.

But the screen customizations are not reved for the user I select.

Thanks in advance for the help with this problem.

How about if you change the setting in Select Customization Level to Standard?

Have you looked at KB article #844022?

    Hi Chuck,

No, that one did not come up with my searches.  Maybe because it was too old.  I have tried all the options except using the SQL deletes, so I am going to try that on my Development DB & then test the customizations at the All User Level.  If that works I will then proceed to try it on my Prioduction DB.

    Thanks for the help.
