Hi Experts,
We are a couple of users who are unable to save our customized filters via the Personalize option. I am able to add columns and they are working, however when I leave the view and reenter it the customization is gone.

Are there persons in your organization where it is actually working on the same forms? If so, it could be related to security permissions. Make sure you have at least the System user security role assigned.
You can also let someone with the System administrator role test the same behavior. If it is not working for the system administrator role, it could be related to the form design.
