Attachment of pictures/drawings to "Released products"

Hi Dynamics Community,

I have problem where attached documents are suggested to be shown multiple times like so:

I have only attached the pictures "Nilan1" and "Nilan2" a single time to the product like so:

I have tried to create a single Document Type, and also tried with multiple Document Type's like shown in the above.

If I add a third image, then I get:

Nilan1

Nilan2

Nilan3

Nilan1

Nilan2

Nilan3

Nilan1

Nilan2

Nilan3

And if I add fourth then you get the picture.

Kindly suggest the answer for me.

    Could you clarify where from is the first picture ?

    What is the job referred in the text message ?

    Hi Michal,

    Thanks for your reply.

    The first picture is taken from the "Job registration" form, under manufacturing execution - this is the picture that my shop-floor sees when they start a new job.

    The job in the text message is the same as the first job in the picture - the only difference is that I get the text message result if I attach a third picture

    Hi, Have you tried to take a trace and determine how the form is generated in order to remove duplicates?
