Could someone explain the calculation of Effective discount rate percentage field of below function from Japan localization package?

    You can refer to this official document: Set up asset retirement obligation for fixed assets for Japan - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. This article explains how the ARO liability is recognized, amortized, and accrued, and how the fixed asset and ARO liability are retired.
