Get data from a different form using JavaScript

I have a notification form where I am turning on notifications for specific actions, for ex. when a case is resolved, also I have added a web resource on OnSave event of this form. Now, when I save this form I want to send notification to the owner whenever a case is resolved. In order to do this I need data from the case (incident) table. How can I get this data in my Javascript code.
