How can I do pick/pack before complete order?

As my client requirements, they need to pick/pack a sales order before complete order. We are trying to enable pick and pack button before completing order but there are no success, we cannot pull any record out from it

Hi,

By my understand, if you want create the SO from POS, you must pick or pack it from POS. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Many operations can be added to buttons in the POS button grid. Users can then select the buttons to invoke the operations and perform their function.

So if you want to pick/pack the sales order then you can do that at POS.
